The scent was good, customer service not so much. The order was paid 2-3 days priority ordered on Sunday, so I’d expect Tuesday to Thursday atleast delivery. It got there Friday so I asked if I could have a refund for the priority shipping and no response at all. Immediately following this review I was emailed and responded to, in terms of the product office for men is elite; going forward they state will respond in a timelier manner which is all a customer can ask for.
The fragrance is amazing. I see why it is so hyped. The dry down is amazing as well but I gave this five stars not because of the fragrance itself but because of the company they are the best fragrance discount company ever they treat all their customers amazing and I just have to say 10 out of 10 customer service I’ve already bought four things from them!!!!
